At 16.3 hands and with plenty of impulsion, suspension, and presence, Radar has the ability to succeed no matter the chosen dicipline. Her incredible scope and technique make her a natural for the jumper ring, while floating gaits and a built-in square halt give her a head start for dressage. However, as her first foal, Full Formal Dance by Yavari, was such a stunning baby, we decided to keep her as a broodmare. She has now produced four outstanding foals, two by Yavari, one by Tricolore, and the last by the up and coming jumper stallion Bratt Z.
Radar's sire, Walis-Nordis, was shown in the dressage ring but he is equally well known as a sire of hunters and jumpers. His foals have the reputation of being easy to train and very people-friendly. Radar herself is an excellent mother but has also been professionally trained under saddle and has attended many shows. She has big strides, a powerful jump, and is quick to learn with a desire to please.

Formal Dance, born in the spring
of 1999, is Radar's oldest foal. Sired by Yavari, she is a darling
chestnut mare, she is gifted with fabulous conformation and successfully
competed at the breeders shows from the age of weanling. She is a bright
splash of color with sparkling white stockings on alternate legs that
show off her fabulous trot. Never out of the breeder show ribbons, even
at the prestigeous Royal Winter Fair in Toronto, Dani is now a scopy
full bodied 16.2 hand mare with swingy, regular paces and is experienced
over hunter and jumper courses.
Full
Eclipse, also by Yavari, is a full sister to Dani and is a solid
black/bay mare with one of the best temperaments I've ever seen. When
sent for training "Dot" returned home
in three weeks having already learned walk/ trot/ canter, and doing
natural flying changes. She was a star at her very first show, bringing
home ribbons though competing against far more experienced horses.
Dot is now competing at provincial level with new owner Lisa Boyd.

Tesla, 15.2 hand gray mare by the KWPN stallion
Tricolor (Voltaire), was a stunning foal and has grown to be an equally
beautiful, well proportioned mare. Her superb balance combined with beautiful
floating movement will draw every eye. At three years old Tess is now
working under saddle and returned from her first under saddle show with
a second placing under an amateur rider who was also competing at her
first ever show! Tess has eye-catching movement as well as an easy, uncomplicated
jump. Currently 15.2 hands at 3 years old, she should finish just over
16 hands, and the sprinkling of gray hair through her coat gives her
a remarkable blue/black hue.

Bratzina is Radar's 2007 foal.
Born in May, she is a gorgeous bay filly with plenty of attractive white,
big trusting eyes, and a well rounded form with a 'to die for' topline.
This young one is by Bratt Z and is already showing a willingness to
jump over small natural fences in the paddock. Handled daily from birth,
she is friendly with the vet and farrier, is well behaved on the lead,
and loves being brushed.Radar has consistently produced beautiful foals with all the right stuff including - temperament, conformation, movement, athleticism, jumping scope and technique - to be an asset for the discriminating rider.
